HI AND WELCOME TO TELA! Bienvenidos!! Here at Mango Spanish
School, classes are conducted by private teachers and take place
from Monday through Friday for four hours each day, on the cabańa
of Mango Café.
Students work on
mastering both precise and general aspects of the language, including
conversation practice, grammar, reading and vocabulary. Do
to the one-on-one nature of our program, students are able to work
at their own pace and focus most diligently on that which their
individual needs dictate. A short examination is administered
at the commencement of classes in order to determine level placement.
Each of our professors is a certified instructor with at least 10
years of teaching experience. Our head professor is well known
here in Tela for her infinite patience, devotion to the language
and culture, and decades of work in the local and national school
systems. The prices for each week of class are set according
to the Spanish level appropriate for each student, and include all
necessary books, materials and certification.
A week of classes (5 days x 4 hours) at the elemental level is $ 114, at the
intermediate level is $ 129, and at the advanced level
is $ 149. (English speaking teachers are also available for
elemental classes $ 139 x week). While enrolled in classes, we also
offer our students the option of staying at the “Hotel Mango”
for a 6 night stay, for $ 74 in a room with private bath,
and for $ 99 with TV and A/C. Both the Hotel
and the Café are located only a few blocks from the heart of Tela,
the Central Park, and the most beautiful Caribbean beaches in Honduras.
Thanks to our one-to-one student teacher ratio. Mango Spanish School attracts students of all ages, from all over
the globe. With determination, we strive to meet your needs
